For all patients with any upcoming appointment or procedures, please ask yourself:

-       Do you have any flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath?

-       Have you or anyone in your family been around anyone who has had flu-like symptoms or been diagnosed with COVID-19?

-       Have you had any recent travel to any areas that have had COVID-19 outbreaks?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions or you have any concerns, please reschedule your appointment by calling the office at 716-634-3500 out of concern for possible spread of the COVID-19 virus.
